A creamy to white vegetable fat, free from off-flavour and off-odour. Excelent eating qualities, brittleness or snap at ambient temperature, excellent moulding characteristics and long shelf life. Cocoa Butter Substitute is a choice ingredient for the manufacturing of moulded chocolate which do not require tempering. It has sharp melting properties which abruptly in the mouth giving a cooling sensation and good flavour release.
