PROFIKS Setting and Conditioning (Fixation) Machine provides setting and conditioning (fixation) to all types of yarn with saturated steam.
The advantage of the high pressure steam environment is penetration of heat and humidity into yarns. Profiks can be manufactured different loading capacity from 150 KG. To 1500 KG. Operation is up to 3 bar static pressure at 140 C temperature.
The main body is AISI 316 quality stainless steel that is supported by reinforcement rings and insulated with a thick layer glass fiber material.
Vacuum operation supplies uniform steam distribution and very high quality setting (fixation) .
Flexible loading systems of yarn carriers can be prepared special for your company.
