PROBOBIN Yarn Dyeing Machine is known for capability of dyeing all types of textile materials in form of yarns (texturised, natural, synthetic) with latest technology and ultimate qualifications.
Manufactured in different capacities from 1 KG to 800 KG
Probobin gives possiblity for operation up to 4 bar pressure at 140 C.
Heating gradient is 5 C / min. And cooling gradient is 3 C.
Machines main body is in AISI 316 stainless steel.
With the help of air pad pressurization system Probobin is energy efficient and environment friendly due to substantial savings in cooling water, steam and electric power.
Air pressure option supplies flexible loading capacity.
Special designed pump with centrifugal working system bidirectional and flow rotating system embedded with pump, pneumatic working flow rotation.
This feature prevents any harm and irregular dyeing effects on the yarn.
Yarn dyeing machine use interchangeable carriers for yarn packages (bobbin) , muffs, tops.
Liquor ratio is adjustable to optimise processing condition, by means of automatic liquor level controls.
Low liquor ratio is used during dyeing phase, higher liquor ratio is used during wash-off phase and fully flooded is used during continous rinsing phase.
The automatic coupling system with total liquor exchange among two or three machines permits to extend further the flexibility for dyeing of large amounts.
Probobin can operate at half load, reduced load and full load.
The variable loading system operates on all kinds of materials to be dyed yarn bobbins, tops, muffs with the interchangeable carriers.
The entire liquor volume participates to the dyeing process and dyes exhaustion rate it is perfectly homogeneous.
Dyeing liquor temperature is steady at preset value, since no continuous liquor cooling / heating is performed.
