PROBOBIN Bobbin Dyeing Machine is for dyeing every kind of yarn and fiber (texturized, natural and synthetic). It is manufactured by using the last technology and the machine has advanced features. The capacity is between 1 kg to 1200 kg / load. All parts are made of AISI 316 stainless steel material single or couple type. The machine makes possible to work at 4 bar pressure and 140 ºC temperature. Its heating gratient is 5 ºC / min. and cooling gradient is 3 ºC / min. The machine has air ped system. This enables to dye different capacities economically by means of the minimum ratio of chemicals, steam, liquids and energy. In the machine by changing the carriages it is possible to dye muff, tobs, bobbin and different forms of yarn and fiber. The machine has dosage system that can operate linear, upwards and downwards ratios. The one way circulation pump provides energy saving. The flote changes its way by clack system. By means of external exchangers the flote ratio is depressed and renovation facility is provided. Discharge system at high temperatures (HT Discharge) is included in our machines. There is also pre - squeezing possibility with vacuum or air in the machines. Opening and locking the cover with pneumatic system supplies easy and safety usage at working high pressure. The cover supplies also mechanic, electrical and electromechanic safety against increasings of the pressure in machine.
