PYA Rope Opener Machines are designed and manufactured for knitted  woven fabrics or completely woven fabrics. The machines working speed is 80 meter/minute and is completely made of AISI 304 stainless material. The machines are produced according to demand of customers in different standard working widths 180 cm, 220 cm, 240 cm and 320 cm. PYA Rope Opener Machine consists of three main parts; front squeezing unit, wet opener section - plaiting unit and mangle. The fabric movement between all units is tensionless and synchronized by electronic inverters. Front squeezing unit also has a synchronized j-box takes the spare liquid from the fabric and supplies an easy working condition. The automatic opener device working with the sensor adjusts the position of the fabric and also the opener device has manual option too.
