PRODRYER Yarn Drying Machine is a full automatic and designed for drying every kind of yarn in hank form.- The inlet and outlet units of the machine are seperated from each. This design blocks sudden changes of the yarn by soft passes. - The carrying system is made from aluminium and chrome and it is calibrated. Every hook has capacity to carry 7.5 kg.- The steam exchangers are parallel connected and each spend 30 kg / hour steam. - There are 4 circulation fans in the machine to seperate heat properly and to take the humidity from the yarns. Its total power is 4 x 5.5 kw.- Our air transfer system supplies a homogenous environment. The air penetrates to yarn from upper surface to bottom of the yarn. - The control panel is full automatic and PLC controlled. The speed of conveyors and activation of the fans is arranged according to datum from the humudity sensers. At this point of view the machine is intelligent and economic. The machine arranges ideal conditions to operate for maximum drying production automatically - The temperature, humudity and number of operating fans is viewed on control panel. There are options to prepare different drying receipts.
