PROAKS Hank Degrade Machine is used to dye yarn in hang form in batic type. The machine is made AISI 316 quality stainless steel and produced for working 4  6 colors. By means of double step dyeing system; the machine can easily adjustable its flow, pressure and dispersion for every kinds of yarn. Feeding and fixing conveyors are separated and both conveyors speed can be adjusted separately to increase production in unit time. In the machine with direct and proper steam distribution at 98  100 ºC and PID controlled proportional heat setting system produces to save up from steam expense. In outlet of the fixing tunnel washing and relaxation process can be applied on yarn. The machine has special pumps and dosage line. The dosage process has contrivance for arranging pressure, flow and controlling the process. It is easy to install the machine because of its modular form.
