PROPOLI Yarn Printing Machine is the reformist approach dyeing fancy yarn. It supplies to perform the colors of the nature on the same yarn. It gives facility to print between 2 to 6 colors on the same yarn. The machine has option to feeding from bobbin or hank. There is a special designed pneumatic hank winding unit on the machine outlet for easy and simple usage. There is the drying tunnel at the outlet of dyeing and printing unit of the machine. 48 yarns process at the same time. There are different printing speeds from 20 meter / min. to 50 meter / min. by using the speed adjustment feature. By using the automation group the printing process is easily controlled and adjusted from the control panel. The system works automatically. Every color has one tank and each has capacity 100 liters. During work dye can be added to tanks. There is an automatic meter counter on the machine. There is an industrial pc on machine and by using it with different receipts colorful designs can be created. The machine has the feature to print every kinds of yarn. The hang winding group and the main machine work synchronous. After printing machine to fix the colors is done in autoclave.
