PROFIKS Yarn Conditioning and Fixing Machine are used for fixing and conditioning the yarns with saturated steam by indirect heating in a vacuumed place. It is manufactured from AISI 316 quality stainless steel plate and has capacities from 150  1500 kg / load. The fixing process is occurred in a vacuumed environment by getting saturated steam by heating. The steam penetrated to the inner parts of the cones that vacuumed and supplies a homogenous heat and humidity dispersion. Therefore all the yarns in all parts of the machine is fixed at same conditions. The yarns that are fixed become resist and they are coiled to bobbin without problem and more easily. The dyeing results are more admirable. The decrease on the humidity of the yarn is observed. The machine has automation system. This provides the same conditions and disappeared the differences between different yarn loads every time. The bobbins can be located on hangers, pallets or plates to machine and the heating system can be selected with whether electrical or steam exchangers.
