Usage:
this line is mainly used to produce the rubber powder with 5-30mesh from steel wire tire.
the production process is as follows:
waste tire---cut off bead by bead cutter and the steel wire is separated from the bead by bead separator---- tire body is cutted into strip with width 25mm by strip cutter----width-25mm strip is cutted into 25x25mm rubber block by block cutter---the 25x25mm blocks is transmitted to the cracker to break to 5-30 mesh rubber prowder , magnetic separater clear the steel wire from the power.
the production line is mainly including the machines as follows:
1 main machine: XKP-560, XKP-450 cracker
2.auxiliary machine:
bead cutter,
strip cutter,
block cutter,
steel wire separator
conveyor belt,
oscillating screen,
small conveyor belt,
small oscillating screen,
double layer magnetic separator.
3 you can add a fibre separator to wipe off the fibre, and add a grinder to get 60-100 mesh rubber powder at the end of production line.
