Cryogenmash is developing and manufacturing the unique cryovacuum complexes and vacuum plants for the centers and enterprises dealing with space study and exploitation.Cryogenmash has mastered fabrication of cryovacuum plants with volumes from 1 to 10 000 m3 and working pressure from 1E10-3 to 1E10-8 mm Hg at high pumping speed and sterility of the article surfaces. About 600 special plants of various applications have been implemented.The cryovacuum technological plants of Cryogenmash are designed for carrying out thermovacuum tests of spacecraft large assemblies and units with simulation of space conditions (vacuum 1E10-4... 10-7 mm Hg at 80...423  temperatures).Particular position among the simulators is occupied by the complex   the Europe's largest simulator 10 000 m in volume and of 1x10-5 mm Hg working pressure. Its purpose: full-scale testing of spacecraft and units.Cryogenmash has created special cryothermovacuum plants for scientific research and experiments in the field of cosmonautics. The plants are distinguished with super high vacuum (up to 5E10-9 mm Hg) and universal design  a plant can be used for a wide range of researches.Cryogenmash has equipped the testing centers with a number of cryovacuum and vacuum chambers for testing the air-lock and egress systems, crew salvage devices, space suits, as well as for preflight training of spacecraft crews and flight personnel.All cryogenic thermovacuum plants are provided with essentially new types of cryovacuum pumping equipment  cryoadsorption and cryocondensation built-in and outside pumps.The pumps provide a wide range of working pressures (up to 1E10-8 mm Hg), sterility of residual atmosphere in the volume, high pumping-out efficiency, self-sufficiency, ecological purity. Cryogenmash serially fabricates the industrial cryosorption pumps Types   100, C  100 and electric arc plants Type --900 used in oil-free evacuation systems within the pressure range of 1E10-3&.5E10-6 mm Hg.
