Release gases composition: flare systems provide efficient combustion of associated gas of any quantity passed through a separator, with pressure of 0.6 MPa thanks to the special flare tip modification.
Supply set includes a flare stack, a tip (with wind protection casing, a jet valve and a convergent tube), pilot burners, remote ignition and a control block. The supply set can be modified to customers request via order forms and requirements specifications.
Advantages:
1) Stable flame with any level of gas flow and any weather conditions, for example, strong wind or thunderstorm.
2) Reduced wind effect on the flare, operation of pilot burner due to the right design of windshield and use of integrated jet valve.
3) Advantages of the jet valve:
- unique and reliable design
- durability
- flame-proof interal part of the tip
- flame-proof flare stack
- considerable reduction of gas flow for the jet valve
- no need for stack lining and draining
- no need for valve heating
- no need for frequent service and maintenance
- lack of corrosion and metal saving
4) Due to conical protection case (shield) installed on the upper part of the flare tip an air gap is created and flame is separated from the side walls of the stack. As a result, the flare tip has longer service life. Furthermore, this structural barrier prevents flame rolling down and licking" off the flare stack, also preventing flame-out on the pilot burner due to strong side winds.
5) The jet tip provides complete combustion of hydrocarbon gases and no steam or other environment is needed for smokeless combustion.

Special Conditions
If the height is lower than 20 m it is recommended to use self-supporting stems, If more than 20 m it is recommended to use stems with bracing wires
Minimal passage diameter of the tip is 50 mm (combusted gas flow - 14 nm3/day)
Calculation of the flare system, selection of flare tip type and material, climatic modification, ignition and control system, diameter and height of the flare stack inlet tube is carried out to the specified requirements in the order form and negotiated with a customer .
Flare system height is a calculated value that is recommended by the flare unit producer taking into account customer requests and allowed values of thermal radiating and dispersal.
Reference designation UFMS-100 Modernized Flare System with jet head of diameter 100 mm.
Gas consumption at control burner 1,25 nm3/h, pressure 0,7 kg/cm2
All order parameters are discussed during filling in the booking form and concluding a product supply contract.
Our flare systems provide:
