Hot pack

The hot pack gives instant heat up and can be reused more than a hundred times by following the instructions, it could be used outdoor for physiotherapy, it works especially effective on muscle aching, back aching, cramps, arthritis pain, tenontodynia and etc

To recharge
Place the hot pack in boiling water with cloth below for about 5 minutes or until all the crystal is dissolved
To activate
Place the metal inside between forefinger and thumb, press against is to start crystallization, when the crystallization completed, squeeze the hot pack to make it soft and ready to use
Hot use physiotherapy

Store
Put the pack boiled in water for 4-5 minutes until it turned in liquid state, must put a piece of cloth under it to prevent being damaged by heating, and keep it into a box after finished
