Attention: 
The charger operates on the following voltages: 
U. S. A. Canada: 120v ac, 60 hz only
General market: 230v ac, 50 / 60 hz
Safety precautions: 
Please read all safety instructions before using this charger. For best results, be aware of all warnings on the charger, the battery pack, and the product using the battery pack. Follow the provided operating instructions, and retain for future reference. 
Do not disassemble the charger. Incorrect reassembly can cause fire or electric shock. 
Use of an attachment not recommended by nor sold by motorola (or oem) can cause fire, electronic shock, or injury. 
Do not expose the charger to rain or moisture to avoid the risk of fire or electric shock.

The ptc-24 is a rapid changer. 
A) 	-v, temp, maximum temperature and maximum charge time cutoffs. 
B) 	charge status led indicator output: 
Off----no battery inserted or no power supply. 
Red----the charging is going (wake up trickle charging or quick charging) . 
Green----the charging is over. 
Flash----the charging is exceptional (bad battery pack) . 
C) 	high pwm charging output to simplify the charging circuit with limited components.
