Batteries should be at common temperature before charging. 
Store batteries in a cool and dry place. 
Charge a new battery after it is fully discharged (lithiumion batteries can be recharged at any time) . 
Do not use the battery charger as a radio stand; continuous charging will shorten the battery life. 
Keep spare batteries for swapping-out when your battery needs to be recharged. 
Batteries from storage need to be recharged overnight. 
If you experience problems with your two-way radio batteries call power-time. 
With proper care, batteries should last about two years
Diode: provent the reverse current from the battery pack to the charge. 
Thermistor: protect the battery packs from overheatingand short circuit. The charge process will be stopped as the temperature rise to a certain degree. 
Over-current protector: a safty reset de device to provent over-heating or over-current. It will recover to low resistor status at the cut-off current. 
Flexible board: all the component on the flexible baard, flixible board connected to avoid the short cir-cuit instead of wire connected.
