3- seller send draft contract to buyer, after checking ans amending if necessry buyer signed and sealed contract

4- buyer oper inopertive lc the lc has to confimed from prime bank

5-the seller issue pb2% to make inoperative lc operative.

6- thr shipment commence as per contract
