The home units are build to customer specification and shipped to any major port in the world. The standard unit - type "professor", currently used as low cost studenthome in Europe - comes with a complete kitchen, bathroom, fully insulated, double glaze windows from floor to ceiling at both ends, high quality locking, complete wiring and heating and optional with balcony and gallery, mechanical ventilation with various levels, air conditioning, all delivered with CE marking and highest building requirements in the market.

The units measure 30 sqm:2 room of 11 sqm and a bathroom and a hallway. The units can also be combined to 60 sqm units. Any combination is available. Own production facility to guarantee highest quality standards. Impressive reference projects available. Many purposes for this unique building system possible: Temporary housing units (students, refugees, emergency situations, large events, militairy). Units can be stacked up to 7 levels without additional constructions necessary. They have the label 'temporary' but last for at least 20 years.
