GENERAL DESCRIPTION BENT-ACTIGEL is manufactured through the additon of activated carbon in the high quality bleaching earth produced by double acid activation of specially selected bentonite, which naturally has high adsorption characteristics. The raw material is obtained by the special mixture of carefully selected clays which are supplied from three different bentonite mines, all suitable for mineral acid activation process.The additon percentage of activated carbon has also been very specially arranged in order to obtain the maximum bleaching effect in hard-to-bleach oil.PERFORMANCE FEATURES BENT-ACTIGEL,the combination of bleaching earth and special type activated carbon, can supply excellent bleaching effect when the oil contains high contents of natural pigments such as carotenoids,chlorophylls and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons."
