CONTAINER CARE is a specially developed unique desiccant material used to protect the contents of containers from the moisture effects. With its special mixture of naturally high quality active desiccant clay and calcium chloride, CONTAINER CARE can adsorb more than 85% of its own weight and maintains its physical form even under very high humidity conditions. CONTAINER CARE reduces the relevant humidity in the container to the limit that the dew point is decreased to some values where condensation (container rain) does never occur. Protects the cargo from humidity damage in all temperature and humidity conditions.CONTAINER RAIN DEW POINT RELATION Container Rain (Condensation) occurs when the surface temperature of the goods in the container drops to equal or lower values than the dew point temperature in the container. By reducing the relative humidity within the container, the dew point temperature is also decreased by CONTAINER CARE. Once containers are protected with CONTAINER CARE the dew point temperature is always kept below the actual temperature, even when the actual temperature decreases within the temperature fluctuations due to the route of the container. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS AND RECCOMENDATIONS : The quantity recommendations of CONTAINER CARE in the containers varies between 8-12 kg for 20'CTNs and 16-24 kg for the 40' CTNs depending on the type of material carried, the journey time, temperature variations between depart and destination. PACKAGING & TRANSPORTATION Is available in various sizes ranging from 500 gram to 2 kg bags with or without the rings to hang in the containers. 10 kgs are available in one sealed nylon bag and two nylon bags is available in one carton box. Boxes are placed on pallets regularly and shrinked.
