Machine is designed for 6 color printing.

      All the machine parts are produced from AISI 316 quality stainless steel.

      The band width of the machine is 1000 mm and the length of it is 14000 mm Band speed can be adjusted according to the property with inverter speed control. Motor power is 1.5 KW.

      Uniform temperature distribution in setting hole up to 98-100 C and heating process controlled PID functionality device.

      Machines capacity is 100-125 Kg/hour and max hank length is 850 mm. Hank weight might be 300-400 grams.

      Machine is consisted of degrade press, setting cabinet, setting cabinet, bathing, softening, laying and expression roller.

      In hank form, wool, acrylic, cotton, viscase nylon, polyester mixtures can be printed in the machine via injection.

      There will be 72 dyeing nozzles on spherical valves over 6 horizontal pipe as 12 nozzles and valves per each pipe at the entrance of the machine.

      The pressure of injection nozzles can be adjusted with the spherical valves and checked by the manometers stated at each pipe. The residual flote will turn back to tanks. The nozzles are USA property.

 

      Softening and washing possibility after setting hole.

      There will be a sucking fan improving the dye penetration and an expression roller after injection.

      Remaining colors over the band absorbed and cleared with powered vacuum pump to prevent color interference.

      Excellent dyeing result in sensitive goods with roller that adjustable press.
