Cotton which is coming out of thebail opener is absorbed by condenser.  Itis mixed with water and poured on to cake pan in the press boiler.   Press boilers are turning with a speed of 1cycle/minute while cotton is pouring. This process helps the cotton to fill the boiler homogenously.    Homogeneously filled cotton has greatadvantages in centrifuges.  Since thecotton comes out of the bail opener and filled into boiler homogeneously, abrasionis prevented during the chemical dyeing process.   While the cotton is filling the boilers, itis both washed with water and beat by pad foot machines.  Length of an actual press boiler is 200 cm and can be filledwith 250-400 kg.  Cake length is tolerated as 50-100 cm. This tolerance isprovided by press of 100 tons capacity after the boiler is filled. As thenature of the system, boiler is filled and pressed at the same time. With thisprocess, we can prepare cakes continuously. Press capacity is 12 tons/day.
