Cotton which is coming out of the bale opener is absorbed by condenser.  It is mixed with water and poured on to cake pan in the press box. Press boxes are turning with a speed of 1cycle/minute while cotton is pouring. This process helps the cotton to fill the box homogenously.    Homogeneously filled cotton has great advantages in centrifuges.  Since the cotton comes out of the bale opener and filled into box homogeneously, abrasionis prevented during the chemical dyeing process.  While the cotton is filling the boxes, it is both washed with water and beat by pad foot machines.  Length of an actual press box is 200 cm and can be filled with 250-400 kg.  Cake length is tolerated as 50-100 cm. This tolerance is provided by press of 100 tons capacity after the box is filled. As the nature of the system, box is filled and pressed at the same time. With this process, we can prepare cakes continuously. Press capacity is 12 tons/day.
