The scraping blade is made of polyurethane compound rubber. It's low friction coefficient food in corrosion-resistance, higher in strength & without damaging belt, especially steel cord belt.

Features:

The flexibility of scraper is higher, when the belt is worn out by the material thus showing uneven form, the scraper still can be tightly fit the belt on the head wheel through irregular rotation to generate the complete effect of scraping.

The spring tension has the function for automatic compensation and shock-absorption. There, it can maintain fixed contact pressure and enhance the service life of the scraper.

The modular design enables the blades to be assembled and fixed without use of screws thus facilitating maintenance and replacement especially maintaining the flatness and straightness of the blade tips.

Pressure scaling indication device can show the contact pressure of the blade at any time for timely and effective adjustment.
