Detailed Product Description

The winemaking is done with a strict selection of grapes from all its acres of vineyard itself: the vineyards of the estates of Olite, located at Lower Bank of Navarre. Farms in which it divides the vineyards are very near one another, which make having the same kind of similar climate and soil type. The climate of the area is very extreme: It goes from very cold winters and hot summers with rainfall is scarce, located mainly in spring and autumn, allowing optimal conditions for the smooth development of the vineyards.

During the years 1998 and 99 wineries made our major investments within an ambitious plan for expansion and modernization. We spent many thousands of euros in the reconstruction

and alteration of the cellars and old facilities. With a vast area, is one of the most important projects of Navarra wine and allows the wines offered with the most advanced technology of

winemaking.

The new winery has three ships: Warehouse processing with a capacity of 2 million l. In stainless steel tanks. Navaging with a capacity of 15,000 barrels. Nave bottling and storage with two modern bottling lines 9,000 and 6,000 bottles per hour.
