Vinification: Selection of grapes from local vineyards. Fermentation under 16ºC, over a period of three weeks.

Treatments: The wine is subjected to cold tartaric stabilisation to avoid precipitations in the bottle and filtered first in a diatomite filter and then in an anti-microbial cartridge filter just before bottling.

Temperature: from 6ºC to 8ºC

Tasting notes: Pale yellow with green hues. Fresh nose with notes of grapefruit and ripe lemons. Hints of apples and pears. Fresh, meaty and unctuous in the mouth with a long aftertaste.
