Vinification: A single-variety wine produced exclusively with our best Chardonnay grapes.

Treatments:  The wine is subjected to a cold treatment to avoid precipitations in the bottle and is then filtered before bottling.

Temperature: from 6ºC to 8ºC

Tasting notes: Pale yellow colour with the fresh fruity aromas of this grape variety. A well structured, fruity palate, with a very good finish.

Why drink Bravo Wines?

Wine also appears to boost estrogen levels; the hormone seems to slow the bodys destruction of old bone more than it slows the production of new bone. Nowadays research suggests that a glass of red wine each day may be providing you with more than just a little relaxation. This has opened the door for other researchers to study the components in red wine that may be responsible for its health benefits.
In the last 10 years, thousands of research on red wine showed that moderate intake of wine also improves cardiovascular health.

REGULATIONS GOVERNING SPANISH WINES

The wide diversity of soils and climates in Spain has long produced an extensive range of wines, each showing pronounced characteristics.  The careful cultivation of vineyards, united with the painstaking and increasingly sophisticated techniques used by Bravo Wines in making their wines, has won international recognition and prestige.

Since Spain joined the European Union, Spanish wines have been adapted to European standards.  This means that they have been classified into two major groups:  Quality Wines Produced in Specified Regions (QWPSR) and Table Wine (TW).

More recently, Spain passed law 24/2003 of July 10the Vineyard and Wine Act.  This legislation, together with the subsequent regulations governing Wines of the Country completed in September of the same year, describes the different classes of wines according to the degree of monitoring and exigency applied to the production process.   These documents, in turn, have allowed clearer definition of origin and quality protection system to be defined.  This document known as the DOC also controls and authenticates the quality of the wines by assigning each bottle produced a serial number.  This serial number or batch number can be traced back to where and when the wine was produced.  This controls fakes being sold that may harm the reputation of the wine itself.  So rest assured that all is well protected.

The Vineyard and Wine Act also establishes minimum standards for Crianzathe process of aging wine in wood and in the bottlewhich unify the requirements to be met according to the indications relative to aging categories.
