Procedures:
We need that the buyer follow the procedures:
1) Buyer issues a ICPO or LOI with the permission of soft probe and NCND+IMFPA
2) Seller issues Draft Contract and return NCND signed
3) Buyer sign, seal and return the Contract, seller sign the Contract and return to the Buyer
4) Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract to their respective Banks.
5) Within 5 (five) banking days, Buyer Bank sends a Non-operative guarantee document as
negotiated, value to the sellers Bank
6) Within 48 hours Seller's Bank sends Proof of Products (POP) + PB 2% via Swift Bank to
Bank methods to the Buyers Bank
7) The guarantee document as negotiated - operative.
8) Shipment.
