Dakota Molding Kayaks are manufactured at our 45,000 square foot facility located in Fargo, ND. Using the highest quality polyethylene construction, each of our kayaks are roto-molded into a single seamless hull and deck unit in one of several large, high temperature, computer controlled ovens for maximum strength and impact resistance. High quality polyethylene is used for its tensile strength and resistance to abrasion, impact damage and tearing as well as resistance to distortion from heat.

Polyethylene is one of the best kayak material on the market; lightweight, super strong, UV resistant and easily repairable.
