VATT-2000-ED vacuum coater
Is capable for applying various decorative and protective-decorative coatings on great variety of articles and may be used for modification of optical properties of 1600x2400 glass by means of titanium and titanium compounds deposition with arc cathode. 
Arc sputtering method have been long used in vacuum equipment for application of thin films. High level of plasma ionization, high average ion energy and its controllability enables you to easily get metal oxide and metal nitride films as well as pure metal coats of required properties. 
Linear and tubular cathodes, used in this method let one use it in lengthy industrial plants, providing low expences on power. Moreover, such cathodes are easy to change and have high material utilization. 
The plant has one cathode moving up and down and is capable of coating two 1600x2400 glass sheets per cycle. 
Use of moving cathodes ensures the uniformity of film coated all along the chamber height. 
This plant is special for its film thickness optical control system that affords an opportunity of direct control during coating process and provides reproducibility of optical properties of glass.
