VATT-1600-4TK vacuum coater
Is used for application of combined reflective coating of ground organosilicone layer, metallic aluminum layer, and protective organosilicone layer. This coating can be applied to various reflecting elements including metal or plastic headlamp reflectors. 
VATT-16000-4TK drum plant has orbital motion mechanism. Drum has eight article holders. Holder dimensions: d=360mm, l=1390mm (similar to those used in LH A 1400 unit) . Holder capacity is e. G. 124 headlight reflectors. 
This modification employs thermal evaporation of aluminum in tungsten spiral. There are 20 spirals in unit; however magnetron and arc cathodes can be also installed. 
Organic-silicon layers deposition is carried out in high frequency discharge (13, 56 MHz) and provides protection of aluminum layer from environmental impact. Organic-silicon liquid tank has temperature maintenance system and vapour feed regulation system. 
Cycle may be conducted manually or completely automatically. In automatic mode control is carried out by controller unit. Process parameters and operations sequence are shown on color display. Process parameters are recorded in computer memory, providing opportunity to analyze technology and make necessary changes in technologic process. 
Plant has two drum sets on trolleys. Trolleys have electric drive powered by accumulators. 
Vacuum valves and gates can have either electric or pneumatic drive. The last one increases unit's reliability, especially at power supply irregularities.
