Mirror production at VATT-1600-2M coating plant
VATT-1600-2 (3) M is used for application of mirror, tint, colour and decorative coatings on 1300x2750 sized glass, metal and plastic articles etc.
* VATT-1600-2M comprising 2 magnetrons is capable of processing 4 glass sheets at one time with the dimensions 1300x2750 at mirror production and 1100x2750 at tinting and colouring. 
* VATT-1600-3M comprising 3 magnetrons is capable of processing 6 glass sheets at one time with the dimensions 1100x2750 at mirror production and 900x2750 at tinting and colouring.

* vacuum system based on two NVDM-400 diffusion assemblies and AVZ-180 spool-type pump (additional DVN-150 asseblies and third NVDM can be installed) ;

High quality of metal, alloy, titanium oxide etc. based coatings for glass is guaranteed. The plant is capable of applying coatings on odd shaped articles (up to 40 mm thick, 2750 mm long, 1300 mm wide) . At Customer's request we provide technical documents on various coatings, perform assembling, starting up and staff training.
