1. General introduction
This type of coating is prepared from the epoxy resin, and it has excellent chemical resistance and good mechanical properties. It is suitable for the coating of metallic appliances that has rigor demand on the anti-corrosion, insulating properties and flexibility. It is not suggested to use this type of coating directly in the coating for outdoor appliances.
2. Product series
Standard and low temperature solidification type powder coatings can be provided. Products of different gloss are available, namely, high gloss (above 80%), semi gloss (50-80%), flat gloss (20-50%) and no gloss (below 20%). (the gloss can be adjusted according to the customers' demand)
3. Physical properties of the powder
Density (g/cm3,25 centigrade):1.4-1.7
Granularity distribution:100% below 100 micrometre (it can be adapted to the customers' demand)
4. Curing condition
Type a 200 centigrade (workpiece temperature),15 minutes (flat gloss or no gloss)
Type b 180 centigrade (workpiece temperature),15 minutes (high gloss or semi gloss)
Type c 140 centigrade (workpiece temperature),15 minutes (high gloss)
5. Average coating rate
9-12m2/KG, film thickness:60 micrometre (calculated according to 100% consuming of powder coating)
