Fluorescent powder coatings
1. General introduction
The fluorescent powder coating is prepared from ordinary coatings with the addition of special fluorescent pigments. It has bright colors like bright red, orange, yellow, green and some other bright colors. It can be used in the coating for exercise &fitness equipments, leisure &sports equipments, fire-fighting equipments and street guide.
2. Product series
Products of different gloss for indoor and outdoor use are available.
3. Physical properties of the powder
Density (g/cm3,25 centigrade):1.0-1.4
Granularity distribution:100% below 100 micrometre (it can be adapted to the demand of coating)
4. Curing condition

5. Average coating area
8-9m2/KG, film thickness:70 micrometre (calculated according to 100% consuming of powder coating)
