Anti-static powder coatings
1. General introduction
Anti-static powder coating is made from epoxy resin, polyester resin, conductive filler and metal powder. It is mainly used on occasions like the surgery, computer operating room and precision equipments, which are in need of anti-static effect or static elimination.
2. Product series
Conductive powder coating of dark or light colors for indoor use and outdoor use are available.
3. Physical properties of the powder
Density (g/cm3,25 centigrade):1.4-1.6
Granularity distribution:100% below 100 micrometre (it can be adapted to the specific demand of coating)
4. Curing condition
200 centigrade (workpiece temperature),10 minutes
5. Average coating rate
8-10m2/KG, film thickness:60 micrometre (calculated according to 100% consuming of powder coating)
