Metallic effect powder coatings

1. General introduction
Hybrid and polyester type of such kind of powder coating are available. They are suitable for indoor use and outdoor use respectively. This type of powder coating has special decorative effect of luxury appearance, and it can be widely employed in the coating for various top-grade metallic appliances.
2. Product series
Products of different gloss are available: High gloss(above 80%), semi gloss(50%-80%), flat gloss(20-50%)and no gloss(below20%). (the gloss can be adjusted according to the customers' demand. )
3. Physical properties of the powder
Density (g/cm3,25 centigrade):1.4-1.7
Granularity distribution:100% below 100 micrometre (it can be adapted to the demand of coating)
4. Curing condition
200 centigrade (workpiece temperature),10 minutes
5. Average coating area
9-12m2/KG, film thickness:60 micrometre (calculated according to 100% consuming of powder coating)
