We, BESTRISE FINANCE LIMITED, as an appointed direct agent mandate to OAO NK RUSSNEFT, we confirm that our seller is ready willing and able to supply the following commodities as per terms and conditions below:

Products: Russian Export Grade Petroleum Gas and Oils.

Origin: Russian

Specification: Based on Standard Specifications

Quantity: Multiple contracts are possible. Large allocation is available.

Contract Duration: Twelve (12) months with rollovers and extensions as agreed upon by both Parties. Extension up to sixty(60) months is possible.

Inspection: By SGS or equivalent Survey company

Terms of Deliver: CIF ASWP

Under 1 million MT x 12Months, USD 440 Gross / 430 Net,

Over 1 million MT x 12Months, USD 430 Gross / 420 Net,
