NA catalyst is a new generation granular high-efficiency polypropylene Ziegler-Natta catalyst. It has high activity and high impurity resistance. It has already been used im producing high-speed BOPP resins and impact copolymer etc. NA catalyst can be used in various polymerization processes to produce all grades of polypropylene.

NA Catalyst performance:

1)      Average particle size D (50) is about 20~30μm

2)      High activity, ≥55,000g PP/g Cat

3)      Good hydrogen response.

4)      High isotacticity adjustable(II≥99.0 wt%)

5)      The polymer produced had good morphology, good fluidity, and contains less fines

6)      Good co-polymerization performance.

7)      The PP resin produced has excellent mechanical performance

NA catalyst is packaged under nitrogen blanket in zinc-plated steel drums containing 40kg or 80kg each of dry catalyst. The pressure of N₂ in drums is kept at below 0.04Mpa. In transportation, the catalyst should be handled carefully avoiding bumping, opening of cover or contacting with air. It should be stored in a dry, clean and ventilated space out of direct sunlight.
