PERFORMANCE BOND:
The Seller will Post 2%Performance Bond after Receipt of Payment Instrument SBLC to the Seller.

INSPECTION:
S.G.S Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Sellers Cost shall inspect the Commodity at Place of Loading.
