JPH80Y is combined electric-hydraulic energy saving servo system plastic injection molding machine
electric-hydraulic injection moulding machine:
- The fully hydraulic four cylinders clamping structure patented by US, Europe and Japan is precise and high speed.
- Clamping force from four cylinders gives a well-distributed stress to the mould and the mould can be self-adopted. The time under summit clamping force is short and well low pressure mould protection can be realized.
- Repeatable accuracy of claming force ≤ 1%.
- Repeatable accuracy of mold opening position < 0.5mm.
- Injection speed > 140 mm/s, injection pressure > 246 Mpa.
- Repeatable accuracy of temperature control + 1. C.
- Repeatable accuracy of final product ≤ 0.15%.
- Combined electric-hydraulic energy saving servo system saves 40% energy consumption comparing with proportion-pump adopted injection molding machine and 20% energy consumption comparing with close-loop variable pump adopted injection molding machine.
- Working noise ≤ 68 db.
- Little amount of hydraulic oil being used ensures well system temperature control.
