The mixer

Asphalt weighing and spraying device

1. Adopting high-speed flux asphalt pump to realize high-pressure shower spraying asphalt, making hot aggregate, filler and asphalt mixed more quickly, equably; shorten the mixing time and enhance the ourput.

2. Adopting quadratic asphalt weighing, realizing automatically following bitumen aggregate ratio, at the real time enhancing the weighing accuracy and realizing bitumen aggregate ratio invariance of the mixture.

Vibrating screen

1. Adopting whole airproof vibrating screen whose eccentricity shaft is placed above and its swing range can be regulated. This can realize convenient maintenance.

2. The material intake is set with material-separating device, which will efficiently reduces the impact and abrasion of the screen.

Hot aggregate elevator

Hot aggregate elevator is with our patent structure( patent No.: 200520128222.8). This part is for double-row double-ear chains, guide sliding wearable material hopper elevating, composite discharging the material with reliable performance.

Cold aggregate supply system

1. Modularize design, convenient transportation and installation and can adjust cold aggregate feeding position;

2.  Adopt frequency conversion timing motor for feeding, react sensitively; adjust feeding exactly;

3.  The material outlet is set with no material alarming device; Setting vibrators on the wall of the filler material bin, which will efficiently prevent wet material from sticking to the wall;

4.  Setting grille net on the above aggregate bin, alarming device in case short of aggregate, and urgent stop on-off, which will efficiently protect the equipment and workers from harm;

Filtering system

1.  Adopting at least two-stage whole dust filtering project, efficiently control dust to grade;

2.  Adopting imported filtering bag, waterproof, oil-proof, well heat-resistant, which efficiently protract the using life.

3.  Setting with cold wind valve, preventing filtering bag from high temperature;

Electric control system

1.  The center control cabin imitates container structure, operation platform with human design and constant temperature air conditioner;

Drying drum

1.  The material-raising blades design is reasonable and the burning area structure is with patent technology ( No.: 200520031574), which makes cold aggregate mix more equably, and with high heat efficiency;

2.  The drum is all set with heat preservation layer, which can reduce heat loss and energy consumption.
