RX series machine, our latest introduced, which is especially designed for high precision and high injection speed with servo grade closed-loop hydraulic system. This model of machine provide the best balance between high precision and stability performance and investment cost, which can fully satisfy the most customers'demanding.

Main features

1.       High efficient closed-loop control loaded sensing hydraulic system; the main component is servo grade closed-loop variable displacement pump from Germany, which could ensure high sensitivity and the shortest respond time. From this, we can achieve the biggest energy saving when running the production without reducing the machine performance. Machine standard equipped with the high pressure and precision filtering system can help to ensure the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, and hence prolong the working life of machine

2.       Machine is equipped with self-developed multi processor based injection moulding machine controller DE016C+. Featured with high stability and user-friendly, which can be easily modify included hardware and software to meet customer's special requests .5.7 inches color LCD display and electronic closedd-loop variable displacement pump ensure the machine can provide very stably performance.

3.       Cold start protection function prevent accidental damage of injection screw. All motion of injection, carriage & plasticizing are controlled by European famous solenoid valves, it helps to maintain the high stability of injection function. Meanwhile, standard sensor and linear position transducer for screw help to keep the precision of injection in high level

4.       Mechanical toggle system is designed to have the following essential elements; high precision, robust & sufficient safety factor. All clamping motion is monitored by linear transducer; and centralized automatic high pressure lubrication system is used to ensure the service life. Special design clamping and hydraulic system to cope with the fast mold open & close function, improves cycle times & increase production volume.

5.       All major electrical components are imported from Europe, which helps to meet the highest European standard. With the electrical, hydraulic & mechanical safety devices, we can be sure the highest safety of operators to work with our machines.
