I first learned about Alibaba in 2003 when I used Alibaba to find fabric suppliers in China. We checked that all the information about the companies was the same as advertised on the site. After becoming a fabric supplier ourselves, we decided to join; and ever since Alibaba has remained a key tool in our work

In a world where fraudulent activities are carried out almost anywhere and fraudulent companies are opening every minute, TrustPass is the stamp that shows the authenticity of a company. It also proves that the company is an existing and working company. TrustPass membership is not completed in one day; it follows a thorough authentication and verification process that proves and verifies the company name, address, and type of business. There is no way a free membership will guarantee the authenticity of your company like TrustPass membership does.

Alibaba has brought my company to a world-wide market: Monday we may be dealing with the USA; and Friday we may be dealing with Australia. This shows that whether far east or far west, our company is always visible and ready to interact. As a TrustPass member our buyers know they are dealing with a team with high standards and that we will be always there for them. Whether a customer's business is big or small, they are always an important visitor to us. Customers are not dependent on us, we are dependent on them. Customers are not an interruption in our work; they are the purpose of it. Customers are doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to serve them.

We have closed quite a few deals and we believe more are coming. There have been big deals as well as small deals. We grow with our buyers: sometimes our small buyers become big buyers over a period of time.

We post our products and we write detailed specifications of the product. Every single detail is then sent to a particular customer once he inquires about the product. We post our products, reply to our inquiries and give our customers a link to our website where all our products are explained in detailed. We normally update our products and selling leads once a month. New products make a difference; however, if one of our products is selling well we will never change it for a new one. I believe that it's the way you describe products that makes the product a winner, not the product itself.

When we receive inquiries, we reply in less than 24 hours and sometimes immediately. Communication is very important because we are a team and we have to communicate with one another in order to be successful. We always get to know our customers before we proceed with them. We want the customer to feel completely at ease with us.

We are always on TradeManager and without TradeManager our business would be incomplete. TradeManager allows us to discuss things directly and this saves a lot of time. Communication is a vital part of our business, and TradeManager helps us a lot.

We read and participate in the discussions on the Resources channel. We normally check what others say about our postings, and from this we know where we are going and whether the way we are proceeding is good or needs a second thought.
