To change your password, please take the following steps:

1. Sign in at My Alibaba (https://login.alibaba.com/login.htm);
2. Click "Change Password" in the "Account Settings" section;
3. Answer the "Security Question" if you have submitted any after your registration.
   If you didn't choose "Security Question" before, our system will guide you to choose a "Security Question" from the drop-down menu and set your personalized answer.
4. If you answer the "Security Question" correctly, then you can enter and re-enter your new password in the page accordingly.
