In "Security Levels," what is the "Last Sign-in" section?
For security, our system will automatically record information about your last sign-in including the time, IP address and IP location of your last sign-in.
If the information listed is not the same as your previous sign-in, please change your password immediately and check your postings, your Inbox and Sent box.
What does "GMT" mean?
GMT means Greenwich Mean Time.
Why does it show as "IP Location: Anonymous Proxy"?
This means that the account owner used an anonymous proxy server such as Anonymizer to sign in. Anonymous proxy servers are used to hide the IP address of the person accessing a site or to make it appear that they are coming from different geographical locations. For more comprehensive proxy checking, you may refer to: http://www.maxmind.com/app/proxy#open.
How can I check the location of an IP address?
You can check the location through a WHOIS search:
1.Go to a WHOIS search site such as www.dnsstuff.com or http://cqcounter.com/whois/
2.Enter the IP Address into the WHOIS search box (e.g. 121.0.31.184)
3.Click "WHOIS"
The registered location of the IP address will be shown in the results page.
