Your online status is shown on the status bar of TradeManager (located at the top of the TradeManager window). You can change your online status by clicking on the status icon or by selecting your status from the File menu.

Your online status can be any of the following:

• Available - this is the default status when you are logged in.
• Busy
• Not at My Desk
• On the Phone
• Out to Lunch
• Be Right Back
• Idle - this status is activated if you are logged in, but have not used your computer for a short period of time.
• Invisible to All - when using this status, you can use TradeManager but others will see you as offline.
• Offline - this means the user is not currently logged in to TradeManager, or has chosen to appear as invisible or offline.

For other status representations, you can customize new status messages in the menu File ->Preferences -> Status.
