How to Download the Batch Upload Form (Excel Format)?
1. In Selling Tools click Batch Upload Products.
2. Enter your Product in the search box next to Enter a Product Name to Find your Product Category: and click Search. You will then see a list of recommended categories.
3. Choose a suitable category from the list. Alternatively, choose a category using the four product category boxes until you have narrowed your category to the last level.
4. Click Download & Save Form.
How to Complete the Batch Upload Form?
Open the Form in Excel and enter your Product Information. You may find detailed rules and restrictions on Page 2 of the Form.
Tips:
- Please don't rename the Excel File.If you need to rename the file, please use English only!
- Please complete the Form in English. Don't modify any column formats as this may lead to an upload failure.
- Columns in red, such as Product Name, Product Keyword and Brief Introduction, are required information.
- For tips, roll your mouse over the red triangular marks in the top right corner of certain cells
- Some cells have drop-down menus. Please only select options from the drop-down menu and never enter any other information in the cell. Never copy and paste information from other cells.
- Product photos cannot be included in the Batch Upload Form. To add photos, go to Manage Products and click Unconfirmed Products. Then click No Photo or Add Product Photo.
- Columns between Brief Introduction and Minimum Order Quantity are special attributes of your Product Category. The more details you provide, the more reasons buyers have to choose your Products.

How to Submit your Batch Upload Form?
1. On the Batch Upload Products - Submit your Batch Upload Form page, click Browse..., select the excel form and click Submit.
2. The system will guide you on your upload status and how to submit the form.
How to Edit & Confirm Batch Uploaded Products?
1. After uploading Products, go to Selling Tools, click Manage Products and then click Unconfirmed Products.
2. Select a Product and click Edit & Confirm.
3. Product photos cannot be included in the Batch Upload Form. To add photos, click Edit & Confirm. Then click No Photo or Add Product Photo. The more details you add, the more reasons buyers have to choose your Product.
4. Confirm your Products.
