        Q: If I silicone stretch to size 0g but they eyelets don't stretch completely, what do I do?
A: Stretching with silicthe first is truly just foolish ... You should at the very least wrap a layer of electrical or threaded tape around it so it wo n't annoy the skin or cause an infection . But because you already did , you should massage olive petroleum , lotion , vaseline , or whatever the fuck you employed to lube up your ears into the internal part of your lobes so that the silicone wo n't stick to your skin . You presumably should go forwards and put the clear-cut plugs in too , although it 's gon na hurt like hell if you do n't fucking move quickly and lube up your ears before . Whatever you do though , do n't put acrylic plugs or tunnels in either . They was just as sh*tty to stretch or heal with as silicone and I blew out my left ear quite bad going to 32mm with them . Next time try stretching with stainless steel or an organic matter and you 'd be lower likely to have a blow out or annoyance to the skin .

A: Stretches :  Quads : Balance on one foot and hold the ankle of the one you 're not stand on , and pull it back sufficiently to feel the stretch , but not to feel excruciating pain .  Hamstrings : Stand up straight and later just flop the top one-half of you down like a rag doll , while being keeping your knees locked . Touch your toes . Sit down , and in a stratal , hold your toes on one leg , or your ankle/knees if you 're n't that flexible , and bring your chin to your leg as far away as we could . Repeat with the other leg , and by putting your hands down the mid of your stratal .  Glutes : Sit down with one leg straight . Take your other leg and , bent , put it up by your hamstring . Put your arm in front of the bent leg , and look in that direction .  Triceps : Hold your hands above your head , and with one arm , grab your other arms elbow . With the arm that is being grabbed , 're trying achieved as far down your back as you are able .  Biceps : Clasp your hands together behind your back with your palms confronting downward , and attempt to lift them up as far away as we could .  Abs : Do the dog stretch . Lay down as if you 're in a push up , solely with your arms straight , and your legs flat on the floor , and look up to the ceiling . This is for lower abs . For the upper abs , be sitting on a mat with your legs straight out . Place your hands under your butt , palms down , with fingers pointing towards your legs . Slowly roll back so you 're resting on your foreweapons , and lift your breasts up so you feel a pull on your abs .  NOTE : I am not a doctors or anything . You should consulting with your physicians before doing any of these , and doubles checking on how to do them , as you are able do them differently subsequently I described . Also , you are required hold each for thirty seconds to really get an effective stretch .   Exercises :  Quads : Squats . If you go to a gym , I use the machine that you have a harness on a pull a weighting . for that , I tie the harness to my ankle , and pull my leg behind me , and stand to the side and pull it away from me , and I standing at my back and pull it away from me .  Th's also works hamstrings .  Triceps : I use the harness again . Instead of putting a harness through it , I place a rope to it , and I pull the rope back . At house , I use weightings . I lean down , making convinced my back is straight , and I lift my arms at my sides , to about my shoulder . Or I hold my arms bent in front of me , so my fingers are at my eye level , and I looks at them in a fist towards me . Then , I spreading them out so my elbows are at shoulder level and at my sides , and my fists is currently the outward . Then I lift them up , and bring my arms back in .  Biceps : Sit down , put your elbow on the interior of the same leg on that side , and with a bent arm , bring your weighting up to your breasts .  Abs : Just do some sit downs , and planks and stuff .  NOTE : Again , not a doctors , you required to verify with your physicians , I might have outlined this strange , and you might not interpret them is correctly it always depending on stance and you could readily hurt yourself if done wrong .
