Verification: Confirm ink formulation specifically matches your printer's print head technology (e.g., Epson DX5/DX7, Ricoh Gen5). Incompatible inks lead to clogging, misfires, and permanent print head damage, a costly component.
MSDS Review: Request and meticulously review the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for each ink. Pay close attention to volatile organic compound (VOC) content, flash point, and hazardous substance declarations. Lower VOCs are preferable for worker safety and reduced ventilation requirements.
