Well, it is easy. Just make sure the quantities of each type you need and the gram weight of raw paper you want to use are involved in your request. If the dimensions of your cups can be provided, that would be perfect.

3.     What is the meaning of 350gsm raw paper?

GSM is the logogram of “Grams per Square Meter”. Basically, the heavier paper you use, the better quality products you will get.

4.     Can I get samples for my desired products?

Yes, you can. The existing samples are free of charge, but you need to pay for the shipping fee. If you want to get the samples of your own logo, there is an additional fee.

5.     What is the differences among general raw paper, sun paper and PLA paper?

PLA paper contains 10% biodegradable material, which is more environmentally friendly. The surface of sun paper is smoother than the general raw paper. Despite of these differences, all our products meet national health standards.

6.     What is the minimal order quantity(MOQ)?

For single wall paper cups, the minimal order quantity is 80,000pcs. As for double wall or ripple wall paper cups, the MOQ is 50,000pcs. The determination of the unit price is based on your quantity. In terms of plastic cups, the MOQ is 30,000pcs.

7.     How long will it take from my placed order to delivery?

Usually, we need 15 days to produce custom cups from the design of your logo to molding. The exact time needed will be confirmed during our conversations.
