Desulphurization and Pre-treatment System:
Filtering and desulfurizing the Biogas, and then removal other impurity, and pressurizing, cooling and drying.
The system makes sure the methane go to the generator is good , meeting the request of usage.
The desulphurization system and the gas storage system (as below) are the on the parallel line, and the gas coming to the storage bag is from gas digester, not been treated yet.
Standard working conditions:
Altitude: Sea level 500 m below
Dust and particle : ≤ 3 μm, H2S content : ≤200 ppm, Gas temperature : 0~45°C
Relative humidity: ≤100%(without liquid water, Inlet gas pressure: 5~12kPa
Heat value requirement:Biogas≥21MJ/m3 (5000 kilocalorie)
Natural gas≥31MJ/m3 (8000 kilocalorie)
Natural gas specification requirements :CH4 V% ≥85%
H2S ≤ 20ppmS ≤ 50ppmO2 ≤ 0.5%Impurity particle size < 5 μmImpurity ≤ 30ppm(If the gas content of H2S and S is over, should do desulfurization)
