Question 1: What is your minimum order? Answer : Our min order is 100pcs per color per design.
Question 2:Could we have our own design/ brand/ logo of product? Answer : Sure.OEM/ ODM is welcome. We can put your logo and brand tag on our procuct, we will also make mock up for your confirm before you make order.
Question 3:What is the lead time for sample and production? How much does the sample cost? Answer : It will take about 3-15 days for sample and 55-70 days for mass production. The exact time depend on your design and order qty. We could send you the samples but the samples are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the sample fee.
Question 4:How's the order process? Answer : Confirm product specifications - > confirm price - > proof - > confirm sample - > sign a contract, deposit payment and arrange bulk production - > finish production - > inspection (photo or real product) - > balance payment - > delivery - > after-sales service.
Question 5:What payment terms accept? Answer : We accept western union, T/T or L/C at sight, you just pay 30% deposit to start production and balance should be paid before shipped. We also support Trade Assurance, which assure your payment safe and on-time shipping.
Question 6:How can you guarantee the quality? Answer : We have well-trained and professional workers and strict QC system in each production link. And each product has to be 100% inspected before shipment.
